By joining the OmInsights beta, you agree that OmInsights may process the data you provide to operate your beta workspace, organize legal matters and documents, generate source-linked readiness outputs, provide support, secure the service, and measure product reliability and usage limits.

Data we may process

• Account and workspace details.
• Legal matter metadata.
• Uploaded documents.
• Extracted document text.
• Generated notes, summaries, readiness packets, and AI-assisted outputs.
• Product usage events.
• Support, privacy, deletion, export, and incident requests.
• Billing information after paid beta begins.

Purposes

• Create and manage your account and workspace.
• Provide matter and document workflows.
• Run search, retrieval, and AI-assisted readiness features.
• Show source links, gaps, uncertainty, and generated outputs.
• Provide support and resolve incidents.
• Enforce beta limits and prevent abuse.
• Maintain security, auditability, and operational reliability.
• Handle invoices, payments, refunds, and tax records after paid beta begins.

No training default

OmInsights does not use beta matter data to train models by default.

Withdrawal and requests

Contact privacy@ominsights.in to request access, correction, deletion, export, or withdrawal of optional processing. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, tax, billing, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Verification

AI-generated outputs must be reviewed and verified by a qualified legal professional before use in client, court, or professional work.
