Terms of Service
These terms are beta-stage terms for OmInsights controlled beta preparation. A written pilot agreement may apply before real lawyer matter data or paid beta.
Service
OmInsights provides software for source-linked matter readiness, document organization, search, retrieval, and AI-assisted drafting/review workflows for professional users.
Beta status
OmInsights is in pre-beta and controlled beta preparation. Features may change, be limited, paused, or removed during beta. Beta access may be accepted, denied, paused, or ended by OmInsights.
Not legal advice
OmInsights is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. OmInsights does not create an advocate-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or professional legal relationship with users or their clients.
All AI-generated outputs, summaries, readiness packets, timelines, obligations, citations, and suggested actions must be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified legal professional before use.
User responsibilities
- Ensure you have rights to upload or process documents.
- Verify all outputs before relying on them.
- Comply with professional obligations, court rules, client confidentiality, and applicable law.
- Maintain account security.
- Report suspected data, security, or access issues promptly.
AI limitations
OmInsights may produce incomplete, incorrect, stale, or uncertain outputs. OmInsights may show "cannot determine" where the source material or available context is insufficient.
Data handling
Beta matter data is not used to train models by default.
Deletion and export requests should be sent to privacy@ominsights.in.
Security reports should be sent to security@ominsights.in.
Usage limits
Beta workspaces may be subject to limits on users, active matters, uploads, pages, storage, AI actions, provider imports, and readiness packets. OmInsights may throttle, pause, or reject excessive usage to control cost and protect service reliability.
Payments, refunds, and cancellation
Paid beta will begin only after written pilot terms, pricing, limits, payment method, invoice path, and refund/cancellation terms are shared. Refund and cancellation terms are published in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Prohibited use
- Violating law, court rules, or third-party rights.
- Uploading documents without authority.
- Attempting unauthorized access or attacking the service.
- Misrepresenting AI output as independently verified legal work.
- Using OmInsights as a substitute for professional legal judgment.
