Refund and cancellation policy
OmInsights is not collecting broad public payments during pre-beta. This policy explains the intended cancellation and refund posture for future paid pilots.
Beta access
Free beta access may be paused, limited, or ended by OmInsights. Paid beta begins only after a written pilot scope and pricing are shared with the customer.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation by emailing billing@ominsights.in.
- OmInsights will confirm the effective cancellation date.
- OmInsights will explain any remaining access period.
- OmInsights will offer export/deletion options where practical and permitted.
- Any refund or credit decision will be confirmed in writing.
Refunds
Paid pilot refund terms will be shared before payment begins. The intended beta posture is no automatic refund for completed billing periods, with case-by-case review for clear service failure, duplicate billing, or mistaken charge.
Refunds should be processed through the original payment method where possible and may depend on usage, invoice terms, tax/GST treatment, and support history.
Failed or duplicate payments
Email billing@ominsights.in with payment reference, invoice number, and date.
Data after cancellation
After cancellation, OmInsights should offer export and deletion options subject to legal, tax, billing, security, dispute, and compliance retention requirements.
